Important steps.

1. Check to be sure you meet the requirements for a  YES! Consultant.
2. Locate the Online Training event you want to attend via the Training Events page.
3. Click "register" on the Training Events page to complete your application for becoming a YES! consultant.
4. Make sure the dates of the Training Event fit your schedule. You need to attend all 6 sessions in person and need to submit your assignments 48 hours before each training session.
5. Once you are approved for training you will receive the payment link to do your payment.
6. Following payment, your trainer will send you your final schedule with your first meeting invite.
7. Sign your Consultant contract at the appropiate time and upload in the learning system.

Each YES! Consultant must:

1. Be a born-again Christian who has a living, vibrant relationship with God, with the ability to share their personal testimony.
2. Have a genuine love for people and passion to see them grow and develop in Christ.
3. Have a strong desire to teach and promote the Biblical perspective of identity and design.
4. Have the ability to sit down for extended sessions (60 minutes) and work with individuals, families or groups.
5. A post-secondary education or standing as a successful Career Direct Consultant.
6. A deep understanding of Biblical Stewardship and living as a faithful steward.
7. Have the natural ability to connect with people, handle basic administrative details, study and analyze the YES! Detailed Report, and basic business acumen in regard to sales and marketing.
8. Successfully complete Online Training YES! training.
9. Have a PC/MAC that can connect to a wireless network with a quality color printer.
10. Continue to do a minimum of 6 consultations per annum to maintain your status as an active consultant.

This seminar lays the critical foundation for what YES! is at its core. It reveals the faulty foundations on which life and career decisions are made and inversely reveals the True foundations on which to make such decisions. Key historical, developmental, and scientific information is also relayed.

Also covered is the importance of the YES! Consultant Manual and how to use it to prepare yourself.

Session 3: Dissection of the Detailed Report

This focuses on understanding the four key core components of the Detailed Report data, YES! terminology, and methodical process of the report layout.

Session 4: Consultation Process & Synthesis

Watch  pre-recorded consultations and learn how to apply the process of Synthesis on YES! You will be paired with a student to do their YES! Feedback and record the meeting.

Session 5: Yes!  In Group Consultation

Study different resources you can use in group sessions and experience their application.

Session 6: Dashboard and Final Session

Learn how to utilize the website.
