I am a career consultant, HR advisor, recruiter, certified coach, and outplacement expert. For over a decade, I’ve been supporting individuals and organizations through career transitions, designing and leading outplacement programs, and providing strategic yet human-centered career coaching and mentoring. I specialize in building inclusive, age-diverse, and psychologically safe workplaces, advising on modern HR strategies aligned with the “S” pillar of ESG. I’m a university lecturer in HR and ESG, the author of Poland’s largest employee benefits guide, and currently writing a book on responsible offboarding and outplacement practices. I’m deeply involved in initiatives supporting age inclusivity in the labor market, such as “Career 50+”, and I’m a certified Reiss Motivation Profile® and Reiss School Motivation Profile® Master as well as Career Direct Consultant®. I serve as the Program Coordinator and mentor at the Mentoring Academy of Evangelical Poland, which supports individuals in their personal, spiritual, and professional growth through the power of mentoring.
